Valentine's Day Notes

We will be doing Valentine’s Day activities on Thursday, February 13^th (early out at 12:00) as we have no school February 14th and 17^th. We will talk about possible ideas and get back to you when we have voted. The kiddos can make their own Valentine’s Day boxes/bags etc. at home and bring to school when they are ready. If they are not able to make their own at home, I will provide a bag for them.

We have 17 students in our class. Your children might want to make a Valentine for other teachers in our building (specialists-Mrs. Buss, Mrs. McKinsey, Mrs. Anderson, Mrs. Neese, Mr. English, Mrs. Zimmerman, Lunch Helpers etc.)

This group read a story called Bailey's Blunder by Anna Kenna in Unit 3 of their book,

We used our senses to investigate these herbs that were used in the story.

Spelling

Our day got away from us and therefore I didn't give the spelling test. So everyone got a 100%!  Thanks for your help at home with practice!!!
