Our Theme question for Unit 5 is How do communities change and how do they stay the same?

Our Focus Question this week is What was life like in the past?
I asked your children to interview someone that is older than them (parents, grandparents, etc.), ask them our focus question, and record their thoughts.  We will share in class this week.  Thanks for your help!

Valentine's Day Party

Boy oh boy oh boy.....Between the crazy weather, Valentine's Day excitement, and the full moon that's coming, there is a tad bit of excitement going on in the shack out back!!!!!
By majority vote, the kids decided on these things:
Pajamas
Board and card games
electronics

I told them that anything they bring needs to be ok'd with you. Just so you know that we discussed it.
If you want to send treats/healthy snacks (pretty please, haha), that is fine also. We have 17 kiddos.
Thanks for all you do for your kids. I am truly blessed that they are in my life!!!
